At Reading by Candlelight, every item is carefully curated to create a beautiful and memorable reading experience. We hope you love your box, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan.

If Something’s Not Quite Right

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Photos of the item, if possible

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the situation.

If the product needs to be returned, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label and guide you through the process.

Change of Mind

Because our boxes are created in small batches and include curated and perishable items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind.

Shipping Costs for Returns

For approved returns due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, we cover all return shipping costs.
